2011 marks the 30th
anniversary of the Surf ‘T’ Surf Fun/Run Walk. Support for the Surf ‘T’ Surf
has swelled in recent years and 2011 is set to continue the trend with some exciting improvements made to the
event.

program: Commencing in the last week of November, local athlete Jade
Frankel will provide a variety of training programs for the beginner
through to those striving for a personal best in the 10km and 6km run
events to get you prepared
